The first time I met Red was in the whirling sea of Lighting in a Bottle. Before we even exchanged traditional greetings, we hugged, smiled and danced our lil faces off to whichever happy beats were singing outta the speakers. She simply radiated and possessed the most lovely kinda magnetism. Instant connections such as these serve as gentle reminders to the potential prospects of kinship that consistently surrounds us all.
Fast forward to an ever elusive sunny day on the shores of Seattle. Red and I galavanted around the forest and waters of Discovery Park connecting and creating. We made some good good magic that day. Whatta gift.
Red Cedar, how bright you do shine.
